This letter request the noted violations be corrected by removing all the trash, garbage and debris from the vacant lot and cutting the lawn within seven(7)days from receipt of this letter. A re-inspection will be done on/or before December 31,2009. Failure to comply will result in the City correcting the violation at a cost of the work plus a charge equal to 100%of the work to cover the City's administrative expenses,which will be assessed against the property. If not paid within thirty 30 days after receiving the billing,the invoice amount plus advertising costs will be posted as a lien on the property.Upon completing the corrective action(s)required, it is your responsibility to contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance. This letter requests the noted violation be corrected by removing the accumulated trash and debris from the vacant lot within ten days from receipt of this letter. If the violation is corrected and then recurs or if the violation is not corrected by the time specified in this notice this case may be presented to the Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement Board even if the violation has been corrected prior to the board meeting. The Code Enforcement Board may impose fines up to$250 a day for each day the violation is not corrected. A re-inspection will be done on/or before March 8,2010.
