This letter request the noted violations be corrected by removing all the trash, garbage and debris from the vacant lot and cutting the lawn within seven(7)days from receipt of this letter. A re-inspection will be done on/or before December 31,2009. Failure to comply will result in the City correcting the violation at a cost of the work plus a charge equal to 100%of the work to cover the City's administrative expenses,which will be assessed against the property.
