Chapter 3, Section 303.1 Swimming Pools and Sec 302.8 Motor Vehicles 152 3rd Street, Lots 5& 6, Block 28, Atlantic Beach RE#170196-0000 CASE NO. 56311 Dear Ms. Ando: Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the property referenced above to be in violation of International Property Maintenance Code as adopted by the City of Atlantic Beach Code of Ordinances to wit: VIOLATIONS Chapter 3, Swimming Pools, Spas and Hot Tubs Section 303.1 Swimming Pools. Swimming Pools shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, and in good repair. Section 302.8—Motor Vehicles"No inoperative or unlicensed motor vehicle shall be parked or kept or stored on any premises,and no vehicle shall at any time be in a state of disrepair, major disassembly or in the process or being stripped or dismantled". (Inoperable,junk,abandoned gray Van in carport with flat tires and expired tags) This letter requests that the noted violation be corrected by cleaning and maintaining in a clean and sanitary condition the swimming pool and removing the inoperable vehicle in carport from the premises and call to schedule an inspection to verify compliance with these requirements within ten (10) days of the receipt of this notice. A re-inspection will be done on or after September 6, 2011. To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violation(s) on this notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty ($250.00) per day for continuing violations.
