Johnson 798 Triton Road Atlantic Beach, Florida 32233 RE: Notice of Violation—City of Atlantic Beach Code of Ordinances and International Property Maintenance Code,Motor Vehicles 411 SkateRoad,Atlantic Beach,Florida RE#171529-0000 CASE NO.33612 • Dear Mr. Johnson: .\ Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the property referenced above to be in violation of City of Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinances, International Property Maintenance Code Section 302.8—Motor Vehicles to wit: VIOLATIONS Section 302.8—Motor Vehicles"No inoperative or unlicensed motor vehicle shall be parked or kept or stored on any premises,and no vehicle shall at any time be in a state of disrepair, major disassembly or in the process or being stripped or dismantled". (Black Ford Truck in driveway,Gray Truck dismantled in side yard). Section 24-163. Storage and parking of commercial vehicles and recreational vehicles and equipment and repair of vehicles in residential zoning districts. (b) Recreational vehicles stored or parked on any residential lot shall be subject to the following provisions: (1) Not more than one(1)recreational vehicle,boat or boat traile or other type of trailer shall be stored or parked on any residential lot which is fi a ousand(5,000) , square feet in lot area or less. Minimum lot area of ten thousan 1,000) square feet is required for storage or parking of any second recreationa ,• le,b at or at trailer,or other type of trailer. cil Page 2 411 Skate Road April 20,2012 (2) Recreational vehicles, boats or boat trailers,or other type of trailer shall not be parked or stored closer than fifteen(15) feet from the front lot line and shall be parked in a manner that is generally perpendicular to the front property line such that length is not aligned in a manner that extends across the front of the lot, it being the intent that recreational vehicles, boats and trailers that are parked forward of the residence should not excessively dominate the front of the lot. (Boat parked/stored in right of way) This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by removal of all the inoperable, unlicensed,dismantled Black truck and gray truck and move boat parked/stored in right of way to your side or rear yard or remove from the premise within ten (10) days from receipt of this notice. A re-inspection will be done on or before May 3,2012. To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board,all listed violations on this notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement.
