Ms. Stiles,
My name is Nick Fegley, I live at 755 Redfin Drive,Atlantic Beach. I am writing because the people
that moved into 482 Sailfish Road have been parking on the sidewalk since they have moved in a few months
back. I was hoping they would get the hint that it is selfish of them to block the public sidewalk, but they have
not. I walk that route every evening with my dog, 8 month old son and sometimes my fiance. It is an
inconvenience for us to get off the sidewalk and sometimes onto the road which can be dangerous just to go on
our walk. I respectfully request your department addresses this issue.

Sec. 19-1 —Obstructing free passage prohibited; exception
No person shall obstruct the free passage of persons or vehicles over any street, sidewalk or other public
way by any means whatsoever,except pursuant to a permit issued by the city manager, and only in accordance
with the terms of the permit and any conditions attached thereto.
Article II,Division 1, General
Sec. 21-17—Prohibited in specific areas
No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle, in any of the following places or as restricted by the
following provisions,except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic,or when complying with the
directions of a police officer or an official traffic-control device.
(a) On a sidewalk or in a manner that any part of the vehicle is protruding over a sidewalk or any
part of the sidewalk area.
