All premise and exterior property shall be maintained free from weeds or plant growth in excess of twelve(12") inches in height. All noxious weeds shall be prohibited. To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty($250.00)per day for continuing violations.
