AGENDA ITEM: Paradise Oaks Subdivision -Acceptance of Water and Sewer
Infrastructure for City Ownership and Maintenance

BACKGROUND: Construction on the Paradise Oaks Subdivision infrastructure has recently
been completed. This subdivision is located in the City of Jacksonville on the north side of
Dutton Island West.
The contractor has completed construction in accordance with approved plans, and has submitted
all necessary documentation. City staff completed a final inspection, and the Department of
Environmental Protection has cleared the water and sewer systems for service.
BUDGET: No immediate impact to operating budget. The attached schedule of values will be
added to the City's assets.
RECOMMENDATION: Accept the water and sewer infrastructure in the Paradise Oaks
Subdivision for ownership and maintenance by the City of Atlantic Beach.
ATTACHMENTS: 1. Letter of Transmittal from Braddock Construction dated 1/18/OS, lisring
submitted paperwork. (Actual submittal available in City Clerk's office)
2. Schedule of Values that will be added to City's assets.
