Dear Mr.Jones:
We are the GC on a residential project for the McGlynn family.Unfortunately,our mechanical/electrical
subcontractor refuses to complete his work on the project,and we have fired him from the project.That
said,please cancel his permits related to this work.We will have another electrical/mechanical
subcontractor apply for the respective permits and complete the project with us. Further,it is my
understanding that both the electrical and mechanical rough inspections have been conducted and
passed.We will call for a courtesy inspection to document the current status of these respective trades.
