Public Hearing on adopting Resolution No. 17-14 for the Millage Rate. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA LEVYING THE AD VALOREM PROPERTY TAX MILLAGE RATE FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES ON ALL TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2017 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2018; STATING THE PERCENTAGE BY WHICH THE MILLAGE TO BE LEVIED EXCEEDS THE ROLLED-BACK RATE; AND, PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. 7. Action on Ordinances *A. Public Hearing and Final Reading on Ordinance No. 20-17-146 establishing the Operating Budget for fiscal year 2017/2018. AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE FINAL BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA FOR FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2017 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2018. *B. Ord. No. 90-17-228, Public Hearing and First Reading AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING THE MAYPORT BUSINESS OVERLAY DISTRICT; AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE III, DIVISION 7, TO ADD NEW SECTION 24-175, MAYPORT BUSINESS OVERLAY DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR A LIST OF PERMITTED AND CONDITIONAL USES AND DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. 8.
