The only additional information is that the first floor, ocean side doors and windows will be 96"tall, instead of 99" as I previously indicated, and the fixed windows on the left and right of the center door will have 4" ledges at the bottom to keep the windows off the ground and to have them the same height as the sliding glass door in the center. Finally, the replacement windows on the Seminole Landing Road side will be sliding windows, as are currently there. On the first floor, ocean side, there are three sliding glass doors, which measure 6'8" (80") tall and have a 6.5"wide ledge and a 12.5" fixed window above each of the three doors. The ledges and fixed windows will be eliminated and a a 8'3" (99") tall, either sliding glass door or french door will be installed in the center, and solid pane, fixed windows of the same height will be installed to the left and right of the center door, in place of the existing sliding glass doors. Removing the ledges and fixed windows and extending the height of the doors is the same approach that was previously approved by the Members, as was the use of french doors for sliding glass doors. On the second floor, ocean side, Kim will be replacing the center sliding glass door with a similar, sliding or french door, and replacing the sliding glass windows on either side of the door with solid pane, fixed windows. On the Seminole Landing Road side of the townhouse, Kim is looking to replace the sliding glass windows with ones that may offer easier access for cleaning: these may be sliding, pivoting or inward opening windows. All of the replacement doors and windows will be in the same, existing bronze color and look the same from the outside as the existing doors and windows.
