1. Call to order and pledge of allegiance.
2. Approval of the minutes of the January 16, 2006 meeting.
3. Recognition of Visitors.
4. Old Business. None. (Application ZVAR-2007-02, Peter Coalson. Deferred at January 16th
meeting. Request withdrawn at Applicant's request.)
5. New Business.
a. Consideration and recommendation to the City Commission to enact an Ordinance adopting
new Article V. Concurrency Management System and Proportionate Fair Share as part of the
Land Development Regulations as mandated by 2005 Senate Bill 360.
b. CPA-2007-01, Selva Marina Country Club, Inc. Public hearing by the Community
Development Board, serving as the Local Planning Agency, to consider and make a
recommendation to the City Commission related to a proposed amendment the Future Land
Use Map of the 2015 Comprehensive Plan to re-designate 27.34 acres from Recreation and
Open Space (R/O)to Residential, Low Density.

record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which any
appeal is based.
