Our records show that you are the owner of the referenced property.
Recently, this property sustained some water damage and/or the occupants moved out of the premises,
leaving behind a considerable amount of trash, personal property,and building materials dumped in the
front yard.
First: To maintain the health and welfare of the neighborhood,it was necessary for the City to send a
crew and trucks to clean up your property. The cost to the City was determined to be$300.00. The
$300.00 is considered an additional trash pick-up fee,which is the responsibility of the property owner to
pay. Please contact the Building Department to arrange for payment.
Second: Substantial interior demolition and other work has been done on this property without building
permits. A Stop Work Order has been posted on this property and no work should be done until all fees
are paid and building permits are issued for all past and current work.
Please contact the Building Department to address the above issues.
