AGENDA ITEM: Richardson Lane Sewer Extension -Acceptance of Infrastructure for
City Ownership and Maintenance

BACKGROUND: Construction of the sewer extension on Richardson Lane by Beaches
Habitat's contractor has recently been completed.
The contractor completed construction in accordance with approved plans, and has submitted all
necessary documentation. City staff completed a final inspection, and the Department of
Environmental Protection has cleared the sewer system for service.
BUDGET: No immediate impact to operating budget. The attached schedule of values will be
added to the City's assets.
RECOMMENDATION: Accept the sewer extension on Richazdson Lane for ownership and
maintenance by the City of Atlantic Beach.
ATTACHMENTS: I . Schedule of Values from Black Rock Construction that will be added to
City's assets.
