Dear Mayor Meserve,
I would like first to compliment you and your city for the exceptional
job that all involved with our development, Paradise Preserve, have
shown. It has been a pleasure working with them.

It is my understanding that our warranty bond for all the unprovements
is in place; the utilities have been inspected and approved by Atlantic
Beach Public Works. Short of our final landscaping, acceptance of the
improvements in Paradise Preserve and Dutton Island Road by the St.
Johns River Water Management District, and finally by Atlantic Beach
Public Works we are in the home stretch.
We have been fortunate in the strong sales market at the beach to
continue to sell homes in Paradise Preserve. Rather than postpone the
construction of these houses, until such time as the last "i" is dotted
and the last "t" is crossed we would respectfully request that the City
Council grant us permission to begin the permitting and later
construction process of 12 additional residences on Lots 1, 2, 9, 10, 11,
16, 19, 22, 33, 34, 35, and 46.
