HALL ON WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 3, 1975, AT 8: 00 F.M.
PRESENT: William S. Howell, Mayor-Commissioner

AND: Robert C. Vogel, City Manager
Oliver C. Ball, City Attorney
ABSENT: Robert B. Cook, Sr.
James E. Mhoon, Commissioners
The meeting was called to order by Mayor-Commissioner, Mr. Howell.
Mayor Howell stated the purpose of the meeting was to appoint an
Acting City Clerk to replace June Knight who resigned on November
25, 1975. It was moved and seconded that Adelaide Tucker be appointed
Acting City Clerk at an annual salary of $9,100. 00. Mayor Howell
called this motion and approval was unanimous .
There being no other business to come before the Commission, Mayor
Howell declared the meeting adjourned.
