AT THE CITY HALL ON TUESDAY, OCTOBER 21, 1975, AT 8:00 P. M.

ABSENT: None
The meeting was called to order by Mayor-Commissioner, Mr. Howell,
and immediately went into session as a Canvassing Board to receive
the Certificate of Results from the Election Officials covering
the General Election of City Officials for Commission Seat No.
2 and Seat No. 3.
Copies of the Certificate of Results of the General Election of
October 21, 1975 were presented to the Board by the Mayor and
City Clerk.
Mayor Howell then presented Resolution No. 75-1S accepting the
returns and specifying the elected officials. Commissioner Ros-
borough moved for adoption of said resolution, seconded by Com-
missioner Minton and carried. Mayor Howell declared said reso-
lution adopted and the following officials duly elected as
indicated.
Seat No. 2, Commissioner James E. Mhoon 4 years
Seat No. 3, Commissioner Alan C. Jensen 4 years
There being no further business, Mayor Howell declare• he meeting
adjourned.

WHEREAS, the Inspectors and the Clerk of the General Election
held in Atlantic Beach, Florida, on October 21, 1975, for the
purpose of electing two commissioners canvassed the votes
cast and did make the returns on the same words as follows:
