The special called meeting of the Atlantic Beach City
Commission was called to order by Mayor-Commissioner,
Mr. Howell .
Bid Openings on Capital Improvements To Donner Park
The following bids were received and opened for the
concession stand and restrooms :
N & N Industries, Inc . ,Green Cove Springs, Fla.. $10, 929. 00
Modulimited, Inc. , Sanford, Fla. $3, 432. 00 3, 300. 00
less tax 132 . 00
After discussion, Commissioner Jensen moved that the bid
be awarded to the low bidder, Modulimited,; Inc. The
motion was seconded by Commissioner Minton and carried.
The following bids were received and opened on the chain
link fence with and without barb wire with three alternates :

After discussion on which type and which alternate to
use. motion was made by Commissioner Jensen that the low
bidder George P Coyle be awarded the bid for alternate
# 3 with barb wire. The motion was seconded by Commissioner
Minton and carried.
There being no further business Mayor Howell declared the
meeting be adjourned.
