The Commission meeting was called to order at 8:40 PM by Mayor Gulliford. Present, in addition to the Mayor, were Commissioners Cook and Tucker. Also present were City Attorney Jensen, City Manager Leinbach, and City Clerk King. Commissioners Edwards and Weldon were absent. 1. Canvass the returns of the municipal election and declare the results thereof Mayor Gulliford presented in full, in writing, Resolution No. 91-33, A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THE RESULTS OF THE PRIMARY ELECTION OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA, HELD ON TUESDAY, OCTOBER 1, 1991, FOR THE PURPOSE OF ELECTING A MAYOR-COMMISSIONER AND TWO COMMISSIONERS, the results of said election being as follows: III Mayor William I. Gulliford Elected - 2 years Commissioner Seat 2 Lyman T. Fletcher Elected - 4 years Commissioner Seat 3 J. Dezmond Waters Elected - 4 years Commissioner Cook moved for adoption of Resolution No. 91-33. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Tucker and carried unanimously. 2.
