It would appear that circumstances occuring in recent weeks would make it
mandatory that I submit to you this letter as my resignation from the
City Managership of Atlantic Beach to use as you see fit.
Let me say that I have enjoyed the opportunity to work with each and every
one of you for the benefit of a very fine little city.
