05-05-80 v o MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL CALLED MEETING OF THE ATLANTIC BEACH CITY COMMISSION HELD AT THE CITY HALL ON MAY 5,1980 AT 8:00PM PRESENT: L. W. Minton, Jr. , Mayor Pro Tem. Alan C. Jensen Catherine G. Van Ness, Commissioners AND: Bill M. Davis, City Manager Oliver C. Ball, City Attorney Adelaide R. Tucker, City Clerk ABSENT: William S. Howell, Mayor James E. Mhoon, Commissioner The Mayor Pro Tem. announced the meeting was called to order for the purpose of receiving the bids for cleaning, repairing, and painting the City's elevated water tank and tower. He made the determination that, due to the complexity of the bids, said bids will be referred to a committee composed of Commissioner Jensen and the City Engineer, Mr. Walter J. Parks, for a report back to the full Commission at the next regular Commission Meeting on May 12, 1980. There being no further business, Mayor Pro Tem. Minton declared the meeting adjourned. L. W.
