MEMORANDUM
TO: The Honorable Mayor and City Commission
FROM: A. William Moss, City Manager
SUBJECT: Committee of the Whole Meeting
Saturday, February 5, 1983, 10:00 A.M.
A "Committee of the Whole" Meeting of the City Commission has been
scheduled for 10:00 AM on Saturday, February 5, 1983.
The purpose of the meeting is to tour and inspect the City's wastewater
treatment plant and collection system (lift stations). The City's tech-
nical personnel and consulting engineers will be available to discuss
problems in our system and to respond to questions.
The City Manager will also report on the results of the meeting with
the Department of Environmental Regulation scheduled for January 31st
regarding the problems associated with our treatment process which may
limit sewer hook-ups in the immediate future.
In addition to the above, the City Commission will hear any other matters
brought before it at that time.
