MISSION HELD AT THE CITY HALL ON TUESDAY, OCTOBER 19TH, 1965 AT
7:30 P.M.

The meeting was called to order by Commissioner Goodling, who
with the City Clerk received the Certificate of Election from
the Election Officials covering the General Election held on
this date.
Due to a quorum not being present and in line with Ordinance
#5-57-1 Sec. 3 , Mr. Goodling declared the meeting adjourned
from time to time until a quorum is present.
