COMMISSION HELD AT THE CITY HALL ON MONDAY, MAY 10th,
1965 AT 8 P. M.
Present:
George R. Olsen, Mayor-Commissioner
and
Arthur J. Craig, City Manager
Adele S. Grage, City Clerk
Absent:
Donald Goodling
Chas. R. Moore
John W. aeldon
Wailter J. Parks, Jr . , Commissioners
and
Frank Thompson, City Attorney
Mayor Olsen called the meeting to order and advised that
Commissioners Goodling, Moore and Weldon were out of the
City and since a quorum could not be present we could not
proceed with business .
Mayor Olsen adjourned the Public Hearing which was set for
to-night at 8 P. M. to May 24th, 1965 at 8 P. M. This
Public Hearing is on the Re-Zoning of East portion of the .
Hotel site from Business A to Business A-1 as covered by
Ordinance amending Zoning Ordinance #90-59-3 .
Mr. A. W. Werner discussed with those present the possi-
bility of getting some relief on the regulations as to
set-backs and lot coverage on Lots 1 and 2, Block 4,
Atlantic Beach Parkway due to their now being Zoned
Residence AA. He will file formal request.
Mr. Olsen adjourned the regular meeting from day to day until
such time as a quorum is present.
