11-27-62 v MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE ATLANTIC BEACH CITY
COMMISSION FIELD AT THE CITY HALL ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 27TH,
1962 AT 7 :30 P.M.
Present:
Henry G. Isaacs
Preben Johansen,
C.B. Lawrence, Jr.
J.B. Claiborne, Commissioners
and
John R. Printon, City Manager
Adele S. Grage, City Clerk
Absent: Chas. R. Moore, Commissioner (out-of-city)
Frank Thompson, City Attorney
The meeting was called to order by the Mayor-Commissioner,
Mr. Isaacs.
Mr. Lawrence moved that all rules be waived and that this be
declared an official Special Meeting of the City Commission,
seconded by Mr. Claiborne and carried.
Mr. Johansen next presented in full in writing an Ordinance
containing for adoption the Budget for the year 1963 and moved
its adoption by Title Only, seconded by 4.r. Lawrence and having
been duly considered was unanimously carried. The Public Hear-
ing on said Ordinance was set for December 10th, 1962.
There being no further business the meeting was declared ad-
journed by Mayor Isaacs.
