COMMISSION HELD AT THE CITY HALL ON WEDNES DAY, NOVEMBER
23RD, 1966 AT 7 : 30 P .M.

This Special Meeting was called by the Mayor-Commissioner,
Mr. Howell in line with provisions of the City Charter and
notice given thereof at the regular meeting of November
14th, 1966.
The meeting was called to order by the Mayor-Commissioner,
Mr. Howell.
The City Manager presented his proposed budget for the year
1967, in full in writing. This is the official presentation
of the 1967 budget in line with charter requirements.
Mr. Goodling arrived late due to being detained by business.
Mr. Parks moved adjournment, seconded by Mr. Weldon and
carried.
Whereupon Mayor Howell declared the meeting adjourned.
