COMMISSION HELD AT THE CITY HALL ON WEDNESDAY, JUNE 5,
1963, AT 8: 00 P. M.

John R. Printon, City Manager

Preben Johansen, Commissioner

Adele So Grage, City Clerk
The meeting was called to order by the Mayor-Commissioner,
Mr. Isaacs .,
Mr. Lawrence moved that the City Manager be appointed
Acting City Clerk in the absence of the City Clerk, sec-
onded by Mr. Moore and carried.
After considerable discussion regarding methods of financ-
ing and whether or not to include the backstop in the
fence bid, Mr. Claiborne moved to authorize the City Manager
to advertise for bids for two tennis courts, bids to
be opened at 8: 00 P. M. on June 10, 1963, seconded by Mr.
Moore and carried.
There being no further business, the Mayor declared the
meeting adjourned.
