CITY COMMISSION HELD AT THE CITY HALL ON TUESDAY,
MARCH 5, 1963 , AT 5:00 P. M.
Present:
Henry G. Isaacs
C. B. Lawrence, Jr.
Chas. R. Moore, Commissioners
and
Frank Thompson, City Attorney
John R. Printon, City Manager
Adele S. Grage, City Clerk
Absent: J. B. Claiborne, Preben Johansen
This meeting was called pursuant to the rules governing
special meetings.
The meeting was called to order by the Mayor-Commissioner,
Mr. Isaacs .
The matter of purchasing 57 lots for park purposes was
discussed at length by the Commissioners and the City
Attorney, Mr . Thompson. It was the consensus of opinion
that in order to get the matter culminated, there needed
to be a coordination of efforts between the three attornies
interested in the proceedings. There was no action taken
at this time, but Mr . Thompson advised that he was ready
to meet with the attornies representing the other inter-
ested parties at any time.
There being no further business, Mr . Isaacs declared
the meeting adjourned.
