Dear Mayor and City Commission Members :
At your special meeting held last night , the City Commission
agreed to form a fact-finding advisory group to assist in
deliberations and related processes associated with the
interlocal agreement litigation.
Five members are to comprise the group as well as one staff
member, to be selected by the City Manager, as liaison. I
herewith appoint Deputy City Manager Jim Jarboe as the staff
member with the City Manager to fill in the gaps should Mr.
Jarboe find himself unable to attend.
