Re: Interlocal Agreement between the City of Jacksonville and the City of Atlantic Beach
("Agreement")for Construction of a Handicap Accessible Beach Walkover at Third
Street in Atlantic Beach
Dear Mr. Johnson:
Thanks for your April 20, 2006 letter and the enclosed exhibit.
I have prepared and enclosed herewith three (3) duplicate original execution copies of the
Agreement, which have been"form approved"on behalf of Jacksonville. Please do not date the
documents. The effective date will be the day that the last party signs.
Have Mayor Wolfson and Donna Bussey sign the documents on behalf of Atlantic Beach—I
have marked the appropriate signature blocks with stickers. Be sure to have their signatures
notarized. Then, return all three (3) of the Agreements to me, and I will have Mayor Peyton sign
on behalf of Jacksonville.
Once all parties have signed, I will have one copy recorded as required by § 163.01(11),
Florida Statutes. One(1)fully executed duplicate original will be returned to you,along with a copy
