AGENDA ITEM: Change order #2 from C.C. Borden Construction

BACKGROUND: The following is a summary of the change order dated 5/16/05
from C.C. Borden. These changes were due to the additional
work required for the conventional return air system over the
old section of the building. After opening up the ceiling and
walls in the old section we found the design on the approved
plans would not work. These changes could not be determined
until the walls and attic areas were exposed.
BUDGET: Certified Air Contractors -additional duct work $3960.00
Wilkinson Insulation -bulkheads insulated between
old and new construction. 755.00
CC Borden -framing labor for addition framing of
bulkheads 4320.00
Framing materials 1177.00
Subtotal $ 10212.00
Overhead/Profit 1531.00
TOTAL $ 11743.00
