Subject: Interlocal Agreement - Amendment
Importance: High
** High Priority **
Hey Jim,
We need to make a revision to the Interlocal Agreement 2005 as soon as possible. The
Interlocal has been fully executed, signed by all cities and the Navy, but Neptune Beach
noticed that they were committed to $3, 500.00 when it should have been for the amount of
$2, 000.00.
Therefore, we need to amend section 3.2. 1 Monetary Contribution.
stating
NEPTUNE BEACH shall contribute TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2, 000.00)
I need you to verify that you except this change via email. Please call me if you have
any questions. Otherwise, respond to this email with your approval so that I can forward
1
t
onto the General Counsel.
thank you!
Sarah
