Eliminate- "This is to certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution duly and legally adopted by the Atlantic Beach City Commission at a legal meeting held on this 9th day of April 2012." Replace with- "This Resolution shall take place immediately upon its final passage &adoption. PASSED by the City Commission this 9`h day of April, 2012."
