AN ORDINANCE Changing the Names of Divers Streets in the Corporate
Limits of the Town of Atlantic Beach, Florida:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF ATLANTTIC
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the name of the street formerly and heretofore known
as "Plum Street", in the corporate limits of the Town of Atlantic Beach, Florida,
be and the same is hereby changed to "Atlanta Street"; by which name the said
street shall forthwith and henceforth be known, called and designated.
Section 2. That in similar and like manner the name of the street for-
merly and heretofore known as "MacDonald Street", in the corporate limits of
the said Town, be and the same is hereby changed to "First Street"; by which
name the said street shall forthwith and henceforth be known, called and desig-
nated.
Section 3. That in similar and like manner the name of the street for-
merly and heretofore known as "Mandalay Avenue", in the corporate limits of the
said Town, be and the same is hereby changed to "Ocean Boulevard"; by which name
the said street shall forthwith and henceforth be known, called and designated.
Section 4. That the name of "Continental Avenue", sometime and formerly
applied and used with reference to, and as descriptive of, that thoroughfare in
the corporate limits of the said Town of Atlantic Beach, correctly known and
designated as "Ocean Boulevard" be, and the same is hereby abrogated, abolished
and discontinued.
