068 A vAN ORDINANCE To Approve And Adopt The Tax Assessment Roll
For The Year 1943, And To Determine And Fix The Rate Of Taxation And
Make The Annual Tax Levy Of The Year 1943:
BE IT ORDAINED 3Y THE MAYOF AND TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF ATLANTIC BEACHY' FLOF IDA :
Section 1: That the tax asses=meet roll of the Town of
Atlantic Beach, heretofore submitted to the Town Council by the Town
Tax Assessor, as thereafter and heretofore considered and acted upon by
said Town Council, be, !nd it hereby is, approved and ado -)ted as the
tax asses=sment roll of said Tjwn for the year 1943.
Section L: That upon all the taxable oronertt- in and of
the Town of Atlantic Beach, Ossess.d uion the said tax assessment roll
of said Town for the year 1943, as thus adopted and approved by the Town
Council, there is hereby levied, for all Town purposes for said year
except for payments due or to bevome due upon Seawall Bonds), a tax
of 14 mills.
Section 3: That upon all the taxable property in and of
the Town of Atlantic Beach, assessed upon the said t7x as=sessment roll
of said Town for the.yeer 1943, as thus adopted and approved by the
Town Council, there is hereby levied, for payments due or to become due
upon Seawall Bonds in said year, a tax of 12 mills.
Section 4: That the rate of taxation upon all said prop-
erty, so esseczscd u)on said tax assessment roll, for and on acco. nt of
the seaeral purposes aforesaid, is hereby determined and fixed at the
total rete of 152 mills upon each Dollar of the valuation assessed on
said roll for and in respect of en.ch nereel of property thereon assessed
severally and respectively.
