An Ordinance designating and naming all
that part or portion of the street in
the Town of Atlantic Beach known as`1he
Plaza" lying between Old Sherry Drive and
East Coast Drive and not used or devoted
to public travel as "Frazier Park."
Be it ordained by the liayor and Town Council of the Town
of Atlantic Beach, Florida:
SECTION 1: All that part or portion of the street in the
Town of Atlantic Beach known as "The Plaza" lying between Old
Sherry Drive and East Coast Drive and not devoted to public travel
is hereby named and designated "FRAZIER PARK" by which name it
shall hereafter be known.
SECTION 2: The Town Manager is hereby authorized and di-
rected to place and erect upon and within said area a suitable
marker showing the said name and designation thereof.

October 3, 1949.
Passed by the Town Council on the second reading
October 3, 1949.
Passed by the Town Council on the third and final
reading October 1Q,1949, and certified to the
Mayor.
