Kim, I have been doing some research on this property, because the area you are proposing to pave is an
existing retention basin. I have not found a permit yet, but the construction plan (by Connelly & Wicker,
CWI Project No. 8401-01) clearly shows this area as treatment area with underdrain. See attached .pdf.
Also attached is picture shot this morning showing retention area (dark band is mud line from yesterday's
heavy rainfall). Note -City files and Tax Appraiser website show address as 112 Stewart St.
Alexandria, I have info'd you since the DRMP request for exemption was sent to you (WMD no. #520082).

already received the exemption letter form the Water Management District. See attached pages.
