Request for a Variance to reduce the side yard setback from 6-feet, six inches to 3-feet, six inches to allow for the construction of open-air stairs on an addition to a single-family residence located at 1160 Beach Avenue. b. Review and recommendation to the City Commission related to proposed revisions to the Land Development Regulations including an update to Section 24-161, the parking regulations, and also other general revisions. 6. Adjournment.
