Suzanne LmJscur and Cecilia Babillis, Respondents herein, have requested a
continuance in the above captioned matters scheduled for hearing at 6:00 RM. on
November 1, 2012. Respondents have retained undersigned counsel, Robert Stuart:
Willis, 503 East Monroe Street, Jack.sonvil1@, Florida 32202, to represent thelxr in these
matters. However. representation was acquired late on the afternoon of October 31, 2012,
wwhich would not allow a reasonable period ofdwe within which counsel could be
prepared for hearirxg. Moreover, ix) discussion with counsel, it became clear that there are
at least two witaesses Respondents would desire to call in their defense which would be
unavailable Nvere'the hearing to proceed as scheduled on November 1, 2012. In
cansidcrattan of these premises, the panties, through counsel, hereby consent to the entry
of an order continuing these matters until a later date to be set by the board. Further, the
Respondents specifically recognize: that they are entitled to a hearing on these matters
