This letter requests that the noted violation(s) be corrected by removing and ceasing to store camper in front yard set back within five(5) days of the receipt of this notice. To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty ($250.00) per day for continuing violations.
