Al~1ENDING CHAPTER 2 OF THE ATLANTIC BEACH CODE OF
ORDINANCES, ADMINISTRATION, ARTICLE V. BOARDS AND
COIVIlI'IISSIONS, DIVISION 2. CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD, BY
ADDING AL1i ALTERNATE iV1EMBERS TO THE CODE ENFORCEMENT
BOARD, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COiVI11'IISSION ON BEHALF OF THE PEOPLE
OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA:
SF.(''TT(~N 1 Sec. 2-141(a) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Atlantic Beach,
Florida, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 2-141. Created; membership; terms.
(a) There is hereby created a code enforcement board of the city,
