It appears that your approved plans were released with an inaccurate Finish Floor Elevation
(FFE) indicated on Pages T-1 and A-1.
I am writing this letter to clarify the actual minimum FFE for this project and attaching a
revised site plan and our FFE Guideline for background.
Per the Duval County contour map, the elevation at the edge of street is: 8.4 ft.
Using 30 ft. from the FFE Guideline, FFE height above street is: 1.6 ft.
Minimum Finish Floor Elevation is: 10.0 ft. NAVD.
Please disregard the FFE notes on Pages T-1 and A-1 and use 10.0 ft. NAVD.
Note: please provide a Form Board Elevation Survey with the slab inspection, to verify
minimum 10.0 ft. FFE.
