1) Discuss proposed data collection grid to identify clearly defined
requirements for parking as it stands today
2) Follow up discussion on how to define various columns for clarity
of understanding in the future to compare to federal documents
3) Discussion of various areas Committee members have reviewed to
identify, inventory and improve beach parking opportunities
a. Guidelines for Assessing beach accesses
i. Denote number of spaces available, number of
spaces clearly marked, spaces with perceived
encroachment
ii. Highlight potential spots currently blocked
iii. Highlight bicycle rack placements & needs

regular meeting day of the week and date for group and to confirm
