Our survey dated April 3, 2017 shows the actual field dimensions to be as follows: the northerly lot line - 99.84' ; the easterly lot line — 50.66'; the southerly lot line — 99.74' and the westerly lot line — 50.09'. The technology behind survey equipment we use today is far more accurate then the survey equipment employed.at the time that the older plats were surveyed and recorded. Common knowledge is that there is usually a difference between plat dimensions and actual field dimensions. With this particular survey, you can see that the easterly line is 0.66 feet longer then the plat dimensions. CO has been denied for the following reasons. 1. All roofs need to be guttered, and all gutters need to run to water retention areas. 2. All Right of Ways and water retention areas need to be grassed. 3. Privacy fence on North side of house needs to be repaired and backfilled. 4. Street and curb needs to be cleaned. This house is also in the process of building a pool. For this reason it is hard for them to fulfill 1—4 of the denial list.
