PERMIT TO TEMPORARILY CLOSE SIDEWALK
FOR CONSTRUCTION PURPOSES
Permit Effective Date: March 1, 2018 through March 7, 2018.
The construction approved under permit#16-CNEW-2862 at 535 Atlantic Blvd. requires
that a portion of sidewalk, as described below, be closed to pedestrian traffic March 1,
2018 through March 7, 2018, as approved by the City Manager, per COAB Code, Section
19-1*.
Location of Temporarily Closed Sidewalk: Sidewalk on the North side of Atlantic
Boulevard from the intersection with Pine Street to a point four-hundred and forty (440)
feet to the East. The affected sidewalk fronts the properties 535 and 599 Atlantic
Boulevard.
*Sec.19-1.—Obstructing free passage prohibited; exception.
No person shall obstruct the free passage of persons or vehicles over any street,sidewalk or other public way by any
means whatsoever,except pursuant to a permit issued by the city manager,and only in accordance with the terms of the
permit and any conditions attached thereto.
