To Whom It May Concern:
The 10x14 accessory building for the above-referenced address was designed by Tuff Shed Inc. The
building, reportedly, has a 4-foot door on the side wall 18" from the end wall in lieu of the 24" minimum
originally designed for the building. The building also, reportedly, has a 3'x3' window on one end wall
and a 3'x3' window centered between the door and far end wall on the side wall. The 3/8" sheathing
must be attached to the walls with 8d common or galvanized box nails at 6" o.c. at the edge and 8d
common nails at 12" o.c. in the field. The building must be adequately anchored using auger anchors
at each corner of the building, or another approved method.
