Pool House Setbacks:Detached garages/pool houses that exceed 600 square feet in lot area must comply with the applicable setbacks of the principal
structure.This means the pool house must be 20 feet from the rear property line and 7.5 feet from the side property line.Please relocate the pool
house/garage or reduce the square footage.

Provide drainage plans showing site topography(flow arrows,etc.).Section 24-66(b)of the Land Development Regulations requires on-site storage for
increased run-off if adding 400 SF or more impervious surface. Provide Delta volume calculations and on-site retention required per Section 24-66
(b).Provide a pre-construction topographic survey prepared by a Florida Licensed Professional Land Surveyor,showing 1 contours.Provide a detailed
plan of water retention area and how water runoff gets to water retention areas and then to street.Per Section 19-7(f)of the City code,circular
driveways are only allowed with a 100'frontage.
