FLORIDA ORDINANCE NO. 95-03-82 ' AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 5, BEACHES AND PARKS, ARTICLE III, ' PUBLIC PARKS, ADDING A NEW SECTION 5-32, TO ESTABLISH A SCHEDULE OF PARKS AND RECREATION FEES, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. t BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COIVII4IISSION ON BEHALF OF THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA: ' SECTION Z : Sec. 5-32 of the Code of ordinances of the City of Atlantic Beach, Florida, is hereby created to establish the following fees and charges for the use of City facilities ' . , and far other Parks and Recreation activities: Sec. 5-32 Fees and Charges Buildinry usage $50.00 plus a refundable deposit of $100.00 Lost key charge $8.00 ' Summer Camp $45.00 per week. However, for children who qualify for free or reduced-price lunches at their schools. the cost will be ' $50.00 per child for the duration of the summer camp. Annual Camp-out $10.00 per campsite 1 Camping on Dutton Island $25.00 per camp site, plus a refundable deposit of $25.00 Flag Football $10.00 per child 1 'Luminaries ~ $2.00 per kit containing 6 bags and 6 candles ' SECTION 2.
