To whom it concerns,
I am respectfully submitting my construction plans to build an accessory storage shed on
my property. I looked at purchasing a pre-built shed, however upon review I felt that the
construction and aesthetics were sub-standard and not in line with Atlantic Beach and my
property. As we now have Atlantic Beach Country Club homes visible to our back yard, I
have chosen to locate the building in an obscured area of the front yard. The building
will sit back 45 ft from the road, 32' from utility easement and will be 75% obscured from
the road and our neighbors. The location is buffered by a dense growth of trees and
foliage with no impact to the environment. The accessory storage shed will be finished to
match the exterior of the main home.
