above agreement which was approved by the Atlantic Beach City Commission at their regular
meeting on Monday,November 25, 2002, and which has been executed by Mayor Meserve on
behalf of the City of Atlantic Beach.
Please have the documents executed on behalf of the City of Jacksonville and return one copy to
this office.
