The property at 301 Magnolia is vacant and somewhat under repair. About 2 months ago,the trees and shrubbery were cut and placed at the side of the road in front of the house. They have been there ever since. On my walk this morning with my dogs, I saw a rat coming from the pile.This is become a safety issue for our area and I am hoping you can get this removed as soon as possible. I know my husband notified Debbie White and I believe she has sent the property owner a letter however I feel with this safety concern action need to be taken sooner than later especially this being the route our school children walk to school every day!
